Albert O. U. Authority, Ph.D., is a distinguished music educator, composer, and performer with over 24 years of international teaching experience across diverse academic frameworks, including the IB (DP, MYP, PYP), IGCSE, A-Level, AP, and American curricula. He holds two doctoral degrees in Musicology and a U.S. teaching license, earned with a GPA of 4.0.

An accomplished multi-instrumentalist, Albert is proficient in piano, saxophone, and sixteen other instruments. His passion for music education has led him to establish and direct student bands across several prestigious international schools. He has also guided students to excellent results in IB Diploma Music (SL/HL) and IGCSE Music examinations.

Albert is a prolific composer with a portfolio of more than 1,035 original compositions and musical works. A published author, he has written 24 books available via Amazon and Selar (Selar.co/m/AlbertAuthority), reflecting his expertise in music pedagogy and creativity.

A seasoned IB educator, Albert has supervised Music Extended Essays (EEs), taught Theory of Knowledge (TOK), and coordinated Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS) projects. Albert has held key leadership roles as head of music departments at international institutions, including the Singapore International School Mumbai (India), American International School of Brazzaville (Congo), The American School of Kinshasa (DRC), and currently at the Kokand Leader’s School in Uzbekistan, Central Asia.
